COOPER COUNTY, Mo. — The Missouri State Highway Patrol took a Hannibal man into custody on multiple allegations just after noon Sunday.
According to an arrest report, Paul J. Sultzman, 34, was arrested at approximately 12:02 p.m. Sunday for alleged possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also wanted on a felony probation and parole warrant.
Sultzman allegedly attempted to flee from the arresting officers, but was unsuccessful.
He was additionally charged with resisting arrest by fleeing.
Sultzman was transported to the Cooper County jail where he is being held without bond.
