LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo. — A pair from Hamilton were arrested by the Chillicothe police officers Thursday afternoon.

According to court records, Barbara Tipton, 30, and Mikall Foster, 25, are charged with one count each of felony possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs in the first degree. They were taken to the Livingston County Detention Center and held on bonds of $25,000.00 each.

They are both slated to go before a judge in Livingston County on March 29th at 9:00 a.m. for a preliminary setting hearing.
