(UPDATE: 01/30/17 8:27 a.m.)- Bradley Turner, 27, of Queen City, has appeared in court two more times since December for continued hearings in his case against Schuyler County.
Turner was originally charged with vehicular manslaughter in the deaths of Leticia Potter, Jason Sanning, and Alexis Shaw after an accident in October.
On Friday, January 27, 2017, charge codes were corrected for Turner and now faces felony first-degree vehicular involuntary manslaugter, two counts of felony assault in the second-degree/ operating a vehicle while intoxicated resulting in injury, and misdemeanor careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident.
Turner will appear in court for a continued hearing on February 22, 2017, at 1:30 p.m., in Schuyler County Circuit Court.
(UPDATE: 12/23/16 10:00 a.m)- Queen City man charged with three different counts of vehicular manslaughter appeared in court Wednesday for a hearing.
Bradley Turner, 27, in the custody of the sheriff, had a setting preliminary hearing scheduled during his court appearance, for January 18, 2016, at 1:30 p.m.
Leticia Potter, Jason Sanning and Alexis Shaw were pronounced dead in October of this year after they were ejected from a vehicle driven by the Bradley Turner.
LANCASTER, Mo – Motions for bond reduction were made Thursday, December 1, by defense for a Queen City man alleged to be responsible for the death of three teens.
At a courtroom in Schuyler County family members of those killed were allowed to address the court. Leticia Potter, Jason Sanning and Alexis Shaw were pronounced dead October 13 this year after they were ejected from a vehicle driven by the defendant, Bradley Turner, 27. He is charged with vehicular involuntary manslaughter, assault, driving while intoxicated, and careless and imprudent driving.
According to Highway Patrol, he was driving a pickup truck at speeds over 100 miles an hour, and jumping hills just before the crash.
A judge denied the bond reduction motion, which is currently set at $100,000.
