SEDALIA, MO – A Sedalia teen has been formally charged with resisting arrest after an incident over the weekend.
Court documents state, Gunner Saulbeamer, 17, was taken into custody for motor vehicle theft, resisting arrest, and endangering the welfare of a child. According to Sedalia police, law enforcement responded to reports of a stolen vehicle Saturday. An investigation culminated with a pursuit, Sunday, during which, Saulbeamer was taken into custody.
Police believe the suspect may be responsible for additional, reported vehicle thefts.
Bond has been set at $25,000.
