Blake Jamison
(UPDATE 01/09/17 10:20 a.m.)- One of the defendants being charged in the shooting death of Justin Emmerton appeared in court this last month on an alleged murder charge.
Blake Jamison, 25, is one of two people being charged for the homicide dating back to 2015. Jamison appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of murder in the first-degree. Another pre-trial conference is scheduled for Monday, January 23, 2017, at 11:00 a.m.
Case remains set for trial Friday, March 17, 2017, at 9:00 a.m.
CLINTON, Mo – A morning hearing at a Henry County courtroom, continues a murder case against West Plains resident, Phillip Hayduke, 20, who is charged in the shooting death of Justin Emmerton.
A motion hearing for consolidation and possible change of venue, along with filed objections, is scheduled August 22, at 10 a.m.
A trial by jury is tentatively scheduled for March, 7, 2017.
A second defendant charged in the crime, and headed to the same trial, is Blake Jamison, 25, of Garden City.
