RAY COUNTY, Mo. — A Kansas City man was arrested in Ray County Saturday night on a slew of charges.
According to an arrest report David W. Pendleton, 49, was stopped around 11:18 p.m. by Missouri Highway Patrol and arrested for felony tampering with a motor vehicle, felony possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of an illegal weapon, excessive speed, no insurance, excessive tint, failure to drive on right half of roadway and failure to display valid plates.
Pendleton was released for medical treatment.
