(UPDATE: 1/05/17 9:42 a.m.)- Nick Cuezze, 50, last appeared in court Tuesday, December 6, 2016, for a continued hearing on burglary, stealing, and resisting charges.
A case review has been scheduled for Tuesday, January 17, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., in the Lafayette County Courtoom.
Cuezze was apprehended after a pursuit on I-70 as officials were searching for a suspect regarding reports of a November, 2015 incident in Odessa.
LEXINGTON, Mo – A plea or trial setting is scheduled Tuesday afternoon for a Kansas City man facing burglary charges in Lafayette County.
A 1 p.m. appearance is set for Nick Cuezze, 50, in a case alleging three felony counts of burglary, theft or stealing, tampering with a motor vehicle, and resisting or interfering with an arrest.
Cuezze was apprehended after a pursuit on I-70 as officials were searching for a suspect regarding reports of a November, 2015 incident in Odessa.
He remains incarcerated with a bond of $100,000.
The hearing is in Lafayette County Circuit Court in Lexington.
