CLAY COUNTY, Mo – A Kansas City woman was detained Wednesday afternoon when Missouri Highway Patrol stopped the vehicle for careless and imprudent driving.
An arrest report names Yvette Pilgrim, 33, as also cited for driving while revoked, driving while intoxicated, and endangering the welfare of a child.
She was taken to Clay County detention in lieu of bond.
