(UPDATE: 12/20/16 9:27 p.m.)- Aaron Tucker, 25, of Lock Springs appeared in court Tuesday, December 6, 2016, for charges of second degree murder.
The Court’s first attempt at a preliminary hearing was waived and rescheduled. A setting preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday, January 3, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.
Tucker remains in custody after his arrest in mid-November for the murder of Michael Chad Estabrook, who was found dead after a reported physical altercation at a residence on Lake Street in Lock Springs.
GALLATIN, Mo – A Lock Springs resident is to attend a preliminary hearing Tuesday morning in a matter of second degree murder.
A 9 a.m. hearing is scheduled in Daviess County for Aaron Tucker, 25. He waived formal arraignment after his arrest in mid-November for the murder of Michael Chad Estabrook, who was found dead after a reported physical altercation at a residence on Lake Street in Lock Springs.
Tucker is detained in lieu of 100,000 dollars cash bond.
