CHILLICOTHE, Mo – Theft reported out of Chillicothe kept police busy Monday morning.
A report in the vicinity of International Road remains under investigation. Roughly two hours later, police responded to the 1200 block of Washington Street, where they took a man into custody. Nathan C. Osborn was arrested for municipal citations of stealing.
Court dates for Osborn are pending.
