COOPER COUNTY, Mo. — A Montgomery City resident is bondable in Cooper County after an early morning arrest. 
A report from the Missouri Highway Patrol alleges Sage A. Brown, 18, is charged with speeding – 97 in a 70 mph zone, felony possession of methamphetamine and felony possession of marijuana wax.
Brown is being held at the Cooper County Jail.
