POLK COUTNY, Mo. — A Springfield resident was charged for drugs during a traffic stop this morning in Polk County. 
An arrest report indicates Garret K. Gan, 24, was charged with possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, speeding and no seat belt.
Gan was processed and released at the scene.
