(UPDATE: 11/25/16 1:50 p.m.)- On Monday, November 21, 2016, Nick Cuezze’s attorney appeared in front of a judge for a case review.
A plea/trial setting has been scheduled for Tuesday, December 6, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. in the Lafayette County Circuit Court.
Almost a year ago Cuezze was charged with three counts of felony burglary, theft or stealing, tampering with a motor vehicle, and resisting or interfering with an arrest.
LEXINGTON, Mo – A Kansas City man faces burglary charges in Lafayette County.
A 9 a.m. appearance is set for Nick Cuezze, 50, to review a case, alleging three counts of felony burglary, theft or stealing, tampering with a motor vehicle, and resisting or interfering with an arrest.
Cuezze was apprehended after a pursuit on I-70, as officials were searching for a suspect regarding reports of a November, 2015 incident in Odessa.
He has not entered a plea in the case and remains incarcerated with a bond of $100,000.
The case continues Monday, June 20, 2016, in Lafayette County Circuit Court in Lexington.
