RAY COUNTY, Mo.- A Richmond resident is on a 24 hour hold following an arrest in Ray County during the overnight hours.
According to the arrest report, Alex Wrisinger, 21, is being charged with felony leaving the scene of a traffic crash, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, no insurance, littering, no safety belt, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
Wrisinger was transported to the Ray County Detention Center where he was put on a 24 hour investigative hold pending court dates and formal charges.
