LAFAYETTE COUNTY, Mo. – An initial arraignment is scheduled in Lafayette County today, for a man arrested by Higginsville Police.
Jordan Wiley, 
23, of Higginsville is scheduled to appear before the court at 10:00 this morning. Wiley was alleged to have committed second degree arson on Saturday, October 30, then unlawful use of a weapon by displaying and resisting arrest on Sunday.
Wiley remains in custody with a $10,000 cash or surety bond.
