ANDREW COUNTY, Mo.- A North Carolina resident was arrested in Andrew County earlier today by the Missouri Highway Patrol. According to the arrest report, Ashot Sarukhanov Gragov, 37, of Asheville, N.C., is being charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor driving while intoxicated on drugs in a commercial vehicle, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor unlawful use of drug parpahernalia.
Gragov was taken to the Andrew County Sheriff’s office and remains in custody on a 24 hour investigative hold.
