MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Mo.- A Tennessee resident was arrested earlier this morning in Callaway County, released on summons, then arrested again in Montgomery County.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol arrest reports, Daniel Clark, 47, of Crossville, Tn., was arrested earlier this morning in Callaway County on suspicion of leaving the scene of the accident and careless and imprudent driving. Clark was released on summons.
Approximately twenty minutes later, another arrest report out of Montgomery County lists Clark as being charged with possession of marijuana.
Clark is now being held at the Montgomery County Jail where he’s awaiting the filing of formal charges.
