ST. JOSEPH, Mo – Police are not providing details about the murder of a teen in St. Joseph last week, but they have a man in custody.
St. Joseph police arrested Sebastian Dowell, 18, for second degree murder. An unnamed juvenile female was also taken into custody, though she has not been charged.
A jogger informed authorities after finding the body October 16 in Krug Park.
