Nick Cuezze
LEXINGTON, Mo – A case review is scheduled for a Kansas City man facing burglary charges in Lafayette County.
A 9 a.m. appearance is set for Nick Cuezze, 50, to review the case, which alleges three counts of felony burglary, theft or stealing, tampering with a motor vehicle, and resisting or interfering with an arrest.
Cuezze was apprehended after a pursuit on I-70, as officials were searching for a suspect regarding reports of a November, 2015 incident in Odessa.
The case continues Monday, April 4, 2016, in Lafayette County Circuit Court in Lexington.
