CLINTON COUNTY, MO – A woman facing drug charges in Clinton County was released on her own recognizance last week after her arrest on drug warrants from New Years Eve day.
Deputies in Bates county say Rich Hill resident, Linda Miller failed to appear in July to answer to a charge of controlled substance possession. According to her statement to the court she was apprehended while riding with a friend who himself was arrested on drug charges.
Bond appearance in Clinton County has been set for mid-February.
