DEKALB COUNTY, MO – A case in Dekalb County charges two out-of-state residents with trafficking in stolen identities.

Class B felonies are listed against Eric Glinsmann of Norfolk, Nebraska, and Cheri Courter of Stockton, California, dating from September 25. An additional felony drug charge, alleging methamphetamine possession, is also part of each case.

An arrest report by state troopers indicates Glinsmann was found to be driving without a license during a traffic stop for not maintaining a single lane. Along with various implements for drug use, officers located nine credit cards, and two social security cards belonging to at least five victims on the floorboard.

A warrant was issued and served Monday for Glinsmann. Initial appearance for Courter is the morning of September 29.
