LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo. – A Braymer, Mo. resident is being sought by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office.
Troy D. Frazier, 46, is wanted for a class D Felony of Attempted Stealing and Theft of Property or Services Valued Between $500 and $25,000.
Bond was denied by the Livingston County court and the warrant was issued on Wednesday, August 24, 2016.
Frazier is described as a white male approximately 5’7″ tall, weighing 189 lbs. with brown hair and hazel eyes.
