SEDALIA, MO – Police in Sedalia say they arrested two suspects after shots were reported fired Memorial Day evening at a park.
Officers were sent to Vermont Park to investigate the report. Two people taken into custody, Jayden L. Cheese, 17, and Jordy Salazar, 19, were suspected of unlawful use of a weapon.
Investigators believe the shooting was the result of an ongoing dispute. No one was injured. Police are asking for further information from the public.
