COLUMBIA, Mo. – An arrest has been made after a man was shot multiple times around 1:00 a.m. in Columbia Saturday morning.
The police department responded to a shooting call at Broadway and 10th Street to find the victim still breathing and conscious. A manhunt began later for a suspect who led police on a pursuit before ditching the car and fleeing on foot in Boone County.
Just before 10:00 a.m. Saturday, authorities said Chad Thomas, 30, of Columbia was taken to the Boone County Jail to await formal charges.
