JOHNSON COUNTY, MO – Five persons were arrested in Johnson County after they were informed of a theft from a Sedalia retailer, Tuesday afternoon.
Deputies say stop sticks were deployed in the 1200 block of Highway 50, where the suspects were taken into custody.
The subjects allegedly grabbed “arm loads” of clothing from a JCPenny in Sedalia and fled west. The merchandise was valued at approximately $5,000.
