CHILLICOTHE, Mo. — A Chicago man is arrested in Livingston County after a traffic violation early Wednesday morning.
According to Sheriff Steve Cox, at approximately 12:13 a.m., a LCSO deputy stopped a semi on U.S. 36 near the Caldwell County line for traffic violation.
Further investigation lead to the arrest of the driver, 25-year-old Anas Alkarmi for alleged DWI, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic offense.
Formal charges are pending,
