RANDOLPH COUNTY MO – A Moberly man is awaiting formal charges following an arrest yesterday evening by Highway Patrol.
State troopers suspect Andrew Swartz, 27, of felony methamphetamine possession during a traffic stop investigation. Swartz was taken to the county jail in lieu of bond pending the charge.
He was also suspected of driving while suspended, and littering.
