A Smithville man is awaiting formal charges following an arrest in Dekalb county Sunday night.
State troopers name Floyd Holsted, 47, as preliminarily charged with two felonies, for driving while intoxicated, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Holsted was transported to Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail for a 24-hour hold.
