Richmond police say a Carrollton man was arrested in connection with an investigation initiated over the weekend.
Reports were received, early Sunday, of a 20-year-old Carrollton resident, and 18-year-old from Camden involved in alleged tampering with a motor vehicle in the 900 block of Walton Way.
Police say, a case will be presented to the State Prosecutor’s office for further action. The subjects were unnamed in the report.
