CHILLICOTHE, Mo. — Livingston County law enforcement is seeking charges against a dangerous driver who was clocked at traveling over 100 mph on 36 Highway.
According to a press release, the driver nearly struck a Livingston County deputy east of Chillicothe responding to a non-urgent call.
The suspect continued at a high rate of speed in the wrong lane until he jumped the median and continued at over 100 miles per hour. Spike strips were used to stop the car near Hamilton.
A formal arrest has not been made.
