HARRISON COUNTY, Mo.—A Ridgeway man sits in the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center following an arrest by the highway patrol.
Troop H stopped Kenneth D. Grashorn around midnight Sunday. Accusations include felony DWI, felony fleeing the scene of an accident, felony property damage, and careless driving. Grashorn’s hold expires this evening just before midnight.
