GENTRY COUNTY, Mo. – Failing to register a motor vehicle led to more serious charges in Gentry County, for an Iowa woman.
The arrest report from Troop H 
of the Missouri Highway Patrol claims Brenda K. Martin, 47, of Iowa City, Ia., was in felony possession of a synthetic narcotic, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, used no seat belt and had no insurance.
Martin was transported to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail, where she remains on a 24 hour hold.
