LAFAYETTE COUNTY, Mo—Four Alabama residents face felony drug charges after a stop in Lafayette County.
Highway patrol reports show the arrests of Shannon D. Blair, Charles B. Jenkins, Robert A. Kirk, and Christopher M. Rudolph Monday afternoon. Troopers handed down charges for felony possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia to all the men. Authorities released the Alabama residents after filing.
