RANDOLPH COUNTY, MO – A Moberly man arrested Monday was cited for methamphetamine possession.
Missouri Highway Patrol initiated the arrest of Robert Seldal, 39, in Randolph County around 5 p.m. Seldal was listed with charges including meth possession and driving while revoked.
He was taken to Randolph County Jail awaiting formal charges. Seldal is eligible for bond with conditions.
