SEDALIA, MO – A Sedalia man charged with unlawful weapons use must appear in court Tuesday.
The alleged victim in the case told officers, Barry Rivera, 21, shot at her car during an argument in Sedalia.
The case had been stalled because of the defendants request to attend treatment programs in Boonville, and New Jersey. The most recent motion asked the court to allow attendance of a treatment program in Florida. The court denied the motion.
The hearing at 9 a.m. Tuesday in Pettis County is still tentatively set.
