DAVIESS, MO – A warrant was listed as served Thursday in an intoxicated driving case that allegedly endangered two children.
Case records name 35 year old Ginny Klitzing of Trenton as charged with a class A felony for a second, or subsequent offense after her arrest Tuesday by Daviess County deputies. Klitzing has been convicted of involuntary manslaughter in a previous DUI case out of Kansas.
Officers allegedly stopped Klitzing citing reports of erratic driving. Deputies found methamphetamine, and paraphernalia in the car with two juvenile children.
