MOBERLY, MO A Moberly man is in court this afternoon facing multiple felony charges including assault, resisting arrest, and property damage.
Randolph County Sheriff’s Department says Jeramy C. Taylor, 33, was driving recklessly on a revoked license last Friday when he tried eluding police and wrecked into a bean field causing around $1,000 worth of damage.
Randolph County is charging Taylor with assault after he led police on a chase, sped around spike strips, and drove towards a Missouri Highway Patrol officer who was standing near her patrol car. Other felony charges filed against Taylor include driving while revoked, resisting arrest, and property damage. Taylor’s court date is set for 1:30.
