LIVINGSTON COUNTY — A Chillicothe driver is facing multiple charges in Livingston County following a crash that injured both driver and passenger.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, a vehicle driven by Marie A. Osborn, 57, was traveling eastbound on Route N, approximately 7 miles west of Chillicothe at 9:32 p.m. Friday.

Osborn’s vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a guard rail, causing it to spin 180 degrees. The vehicle came to rest facing south in the middle of Route N.

The Highway Patrol accuses Osborn of DWI – alcohol with serious physical injury, no seat belt, failure to affix plate and careless and imprudent driving involving an accident.

Osborn was moderately injured while her passenger, Aaron J. Sannipoli, 33, of Chillicothe, suffered serious injures. Both were transported to Hedrick Medical Center for treatment where Osborn was released.
