RAY COUNTY, Mo. — Troop A of the Missouri State Highway made an arrest in Ray County Monday.

30-year-old Neil A. Depriest, of Richmond, was stopped by state troopers at 11:44 a.m. Monday and as a result was detained.
Depriest is preliminarily charged with felony possession of a controlled substance – dangerous drugs and driving with driving with no seat belt.
Depriest was taken to be held in Ray County Jail and subsequently released.
