LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo. – The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office was given an arrest warrant Wednesday for an alleged bond violation.
The warrant is for James P. 
E. Haight, 19, of Chillicothe. Haight pleaded guilty on May 7, 2019, to a felony count of property damage in the first degree. Haight and two other defendants were charged with the burning of a railroad bridge South of Chillicothe in 2018.
Haight was free on bond with special conditions pending sentencing in July.
