RAY COUNTY — Troopers have arrested a Richmond man over multiple charges early Sunday morning in Ray County.
The arrest report indicates that Marcus L. Preisident, 33, was taken into custody at 12:53 a.m. Sunday.
Preisident is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, THC oil, misdemeanor Lafayette County warrant, possession of up to 10 grams of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and no seat belt.
Preisident was transported to the Ray County Jail where he is listed as bondable.
