SHELBY COUNTY, MO – More charges may be forthcoming for a Shelbyville man accused of rape.
A motion Friday for bond reduction in a case against William T. Brown, 39, was denied after prosecutors said additional charges could be added. Brown is currently in custody on a charge of 2nd degree rape. Bond is set at $50,000 cash only.
