JOHNSON COUNTY, MO – A warrant was issued yesterday, Thursday for an area resident accused of rape.
The case out of Johnson County accuses Columbia resident, Dalton Ehrman, 22, of sexual contact with a victim who was unable to give consent due to intoxication. Ehrman entered the residence unlawfully in the early morning of April 30, according to a probable cause statement. In addition to first degree rape, a charge of first degree burglary is listed in court records.
Court dates are pending. Bond is set at $15,000 cash only.
