LIVINGSTON COUNTY, MO – A Marceline resident is in custody after his arrest in Livingston County.
Highway Patrol listed informal charges against Isaac Clark, 41, for DWI with a person less than 17 years old, following too close, failure to signal, speed, and driving on the wrong half of the road.
Clark was taken to Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail for temporary holding, pending formal charges.
