CLARK, Mo – According to a crash report, an incident Thursday morning, July 28, led to a motorcycle mishap north of Clark on northbound 63 Highway.
Reportedly, a motorcycle driven by Earl Perkins, 46, was unable to be controlled and went off the right side of the road.
Perkins was later arrested for failure to comply with interlock ignition requirements. The device serves as a breathalyzer test to determine ability to drive.
Preliminary felony charges for driving while intoxicated will also be considered. Perkins received minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene.
