MARSHALL, Mo – A Marshall couple facing drug trafficking charges was denied after a motion was made to suppress evidence in the case.
At a hearing Monday, July 25, 2016, Corey and Amanda Winn made the motion to quash search warrants and suppress evidence, but were denied by the court, which continued the case to August 8, 2016 in Saline County Court.
They are charged with attempted distribution, manufacture, and production of controlled substances, as well as drug trafficking.
