LAFAYETTE COUNTY, Mo. – Three Florida residents are being held on drug allegations in Lafayette County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol is reporting the 
arrest around 11:00 a.m. Thursday morning, of Tyler G. Scott, 25, of Citra, Justin J. Gallagher, 24, and Johnny Smith, 23, of Ocala, Florida. All three are accused of unlawful possession of a firearm and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Scott is also facing allegations of possession of a stolen firearm, while Gallagher was reported to be in possession of oxycodone.
All three remain on a 24 hour investigative hold.
