JOHNSON COUNTY, Mo. — Two felony allegations against a Holden man led to his arrest Tuesday morning in Johnson County.
At 7:04 a.m. Tuesday, Kevin A. Smith was arrested under the suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and felony unlawful use of a weapon.
Additionally, Smith was alleged to have failed to stop at a stop sign, driving with excessive window tint, and failure to display valid license plate.
Smith was taken to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department, where he was released.
