
CASS COUNTY, Mo. — A man from Harrisonville was briefly behind bars in Johnson County after he was arrested in Cass County Tuesday.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the arrest took place around 10:55 a.m. Tuesday.
Jesse D. Fair, 21, faces a preliminary allegation of felony possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine.
Fair was transported to the Johnson County Jail, where he was released.
Formal charges are pending in a Cass County courtroom.
