MOBERLY, MO – Moberly officers reportedly made an arrest Sunday after reports of a stabbing incident on Williams Street.
According to a press release, police found a man suffering stab wounds on East Rollins near a vehicle. The victim was reportedly in critical but stable condition after being taken to an area hospital. The investigation continued to Williams Street, where witnesses described the stabbing as committed by Robert Johnson. Johnson turned himself in to officers without incident.
Law enforcement recommended charges of first degree assault and armed criminal action to prosecutors. Charges are pending. Bond is set at $25,000.
